The Broker Market
Be careful who you deal with...
There are two main types of Car Leasing Broker:
1) The "bedroom broker" or unfranchised broker, and
2) The Franchised Broker
The levels of service offered by the two above are quite different.
The bedroom broker (often an underqualified un-regulated trader operating from a PortaCabin) will appear to give you the prices you are looking for. They operate largely by offering other Brokers' deals (which are sometimes even sourced by yet another broker!).

The risky part is that the vehicles rarely exist and delivery is therefore compromised.
It doesn't matter how cheap it is if it doesn't exist!
The Franchised Broker (like Purple) operate to a specified and regulated service standard.
